Something to Consider
If there is no Constitutional right to be gay, can we write laws to prevent gay people from driving cars? What about blogging?I know what the Supreme Court would say now after Lawrence, but what would the far right say? If they say there is no protection for being gay, why stop at love, sex, or marriage?
